Why does the BUI not pull complete records?

Environment:

Analytics
Oracle B2C Service, All versions

Resolution:

One possible cause is products filter. It could happen if you created a new product and you have a customized list of prod_hierarchy filter in the report. To resolve, open the report in Design mode and add the new product.

Our suggestion to prevent this scenario is when adding a new product, also consider reviewing the reports that uses prod_hierarchy as filter. Report Management component can help in pulling the list of reports. To do this, you can follow below steps.

  1. Click Analytics on the navigation pane and then double-click Report Management.
  2. Under the Find folder, double click Reports by Database Reference
  3. Input the table and the column, and click Search

The example above will retrieve all reports where products.prod_heirarchy is in the filter or the column.
