What is Free Limited Usage?

Resolution:
Some SKUs include free limited usage of other products. For example, B88484 includes a limited amount of Emails Sent (B68548). The included amount is deducted prior to the usage value being reported.
Refer to the document Oracle Customer Service and Support Cloud Services Descriptions and Metrics for details. Select Product: Fusion – Service, then click on View documents and lastly select the Oracle RightNow Service Descriptions and Metrics document.

- You have not licensed additional quantities of the free usage SKU, AND
- Your usage is within the included amount.
Usage will display for a free limited usage SKU if…
- You licensed additional quantities of the SKU
Usage will display as unexpected usage for a free limited usage SKU if…
- You use more than your free limited usage amount, AND
- You did not license additional amounts of that SKU
