Requests to open communication for PI (PCI) and FG Pods

Are changes necessary for outgoing communication from customizations/integrations on PI (PCI) and FG pods?
Environment:
PI (PCI) and FG Pods
Issue:
Outgoing communication from the PI and FG pods is blocked by default. Requests to open communication should include the IP address(es) and ports utilized and can expect a 2-3 week turnaround time for the change to be made. Please ensure that the communication is happening securely over one of the following standard integration ports:
- :995 OR :22 to communicate with the utility servers
- :443 to communicate with both the utility servers and the web
These ports are open by default for the other (non-PCI/FG) OCI pods.
