How do I enable Event Delivery Services in Oracle B2C Service?
Environment:
Oracle B2C Service Event Delivery Service, Platform Extensibility
Resolution:
Event Delivery Services has two prerequisites.
- Site Version: The Oracle B2C Service site version should be 22C or higher.
- Destination: A subscription to one of the below products to receive the events.
- Oracle Streaming Service
- Oracle Integration Cloud
- Microsoft Azure Event Hubs
Once the prerequisites are met, the admins have to raise a service request on Ask Technical Support with the site details to provision Event Delivery Services.
