Why do agents see this message about a new product version is available?

Resolution:
When updates are available for the Agent Browser UI, a banner is displayed at the top of your console announcing the update. At that point, you can finish your work before choosing to accept the update. If you do not accept the update during that session, the update will be installed the next time you login. Similarly, if you are not logged in when the updates are released, the update will be installed when you login.
