Why am I unable to see View option from attachments on the incident in BUI even if the site has been updated to 22D?

Environment:

Oracle B2C Service Browser User Interface (BUI)

Issue: 

User is unable to see View option from attachments on the incident in BUI.

Resolution: 

The BUI console will provide a "view' link within the Actions column of the Attachments report control.  The view link allows agents to Preview attachments without actually downloading the attached file.

The configuration setting, FATTACH_OPEN_ENABLED, must be set to enabled for the link to be displayed to agents.   

The supported file types that allow for preview include the following: bmp, gif, jpeg, jpg, json, mp4, pdf, png, and txt.  All other file types must be downloaded.
