What do we do when a spelling suggestion is not satisfactory?

The spell check recommendations that show when a user is searching in customer portal can be changed if they are not working the way you would like them to.
Here are the step by step instructions for doing that.
Step 1 : Open ‘Manage Search Query’ in Agent Desktop or BUI.
Step 2 : Enter question with word that you want to change the correction. Then click Tune Question.
Step 3 : Select ‘Fix Spelling’ in Action to take dropdown and click arrow next to the dropdown
Step 4 : Enter correct word in ‘Should Correct To’ field and click change.
Step 5 : Click Next
Step 6 : Click Publish
