How do I change my username to log into the Oracle B2C Service support site at cx.rightnow.com?

Environment:

Oracle B2C Service Support Site, Contact Record

Resolution:

You can change the username of your contact record by logging into our support site at cx.rightnow.com, enter your username that is incorrect, and click on the 'Accounts' tab > 'Account Settings' section.

Note, you are not allowed to change your email address of your contact record.  You will need to disable the existing contact record with the incorrect email address and create a new contact record using the Contact Management Tool by following the instructions in the answer link below.
