Using the Configuration Assistant, you can monitor your service storage usage data on production sites to help you determine whether the database storage limits for a service are less utilized or over utilized. Test site statistics are not available in the Configuration Assistant.
Usage limits vary for each subscription type. Monitoring statistics also helps you manage your database storage by deleting, purging, or archiving data that exceeds the storage limits.
You can view your current average weekly usage statistics using the Data Storage table. You can also export data, format data, and customize the columns you want to display. Please note, this data is based on a weekly average and is not in real time. If you have purged or archived data and the tables are optimized after an upgrade or clone is performed on the site (see Data Volume for more information on when tables are optimized) for example, your statistics information in the Configuration Assistant will not update immediately due to it being based on a weekly average. Please use the Service Usage Metrics in the Agent Browser User Interface (BUI) to get the total database size.
Please review the Configuration Assistant documentation for further details.
