Why is our on-call resource not being routed activities?


Oracle Field Service (OFS)



We have a resource that is on-call every night of the week from 09:00 PM to 03:00 AM. This resource is not receiving activities from Routing during her on-call shift.

A resource with on-call shift is not suitable for activity assignment nor used in capacity calculations if their route is not activated. The resource needs to activate his or her shift to be able to receive activities.
