Unable to login to OFS native app for iOS and app for Android 22.2.4.2

Environment: 
Oracle Field Service (OFS) iOS app version 22.2.4.2 
Oracle Field Service (OFS) Android app version 22.2.4.2 
 
Issue: 
Typing the OFS instance name with a capital letter on Field Service iOS or Android mobile app version 22.2.4.2 results in one of the following messages after you hit "Next".
 
Error on login screen "Cannot connect. Please check your configuration"
 
Error on login screen: "Cannot connect. Please check your network"
 
Resolution:
The unexpected behavior was introduced with the OFS native iOS and Android applications version 22.2.4.2. As an alternative solution until the permanent solution becomes available, type the instance name in all lower case.
