How do I setup and configure Oracle Messaging off-hours messaging?

Environment:
Oracle B2C, Oracle Messaging Admin UI
 
Resolution:
Please follow the steps outlined in the Oracle Messaging documentation pertaining to enabling and disabling the Off-hours messaging feature:
 
 
Note:
When off-hours messaging is enabled and the "Configure Off-Hours Incident Parameters" box is not checked, an incident will be created any time a message is sent by a customer during off-hours. A keyword is not required to trigger incident creation in this scenario.
