What is needed for an answer to be searchable on the end-user pages?
Oracle B2C Service, Customer Portal, Enduser Pages
For an answer to be searchable from the end-user pages:
- The answer status_type is Public
- When an answer is set to Public, it's status_type from the ans_phrases table are also set to Public
- The answer must have a product AND category with End User access
