Why is the 'Save as Default Values' option grayed out for every report in BUI for a specific agent?

Issue:
The 'Save as Default Values' option is grayed out for every report in BUI for one agent. Other agents with the same profile have the option enabled.
Resolution:
There is a limit in place for this functionality. Each agent can save custom default filter values for a maximum of 10 reports. Once they attempt to perform this action on the 11th report, the 'Save as Default Values' option will be grayed out until 'Restore Default Values' is performed on a different report that has custom values set as default.
When an agent runs a report in the Browser User Interface (BUI), they have the option of saving the default values of the run-time filters for future use. The filter values appear after opening a report where there is a 'Settings' configuration button that provides two options:
1. Save as Default Values
2. Restore Default Values
Once the agent has 'restored defaults' on another report(s), the default values option will then be available again. Saved Filter Values can also be managed in the Preferences tab (top right-hand corner in BUI). Information there includes the report IDs, names and paths and allows users to clear any saved filters.
