Why am I receiving 'Maximum number of sessions exceeded' error on login?

Some users have reported 'Maximum number of sessions exceeded' error when trying to login. How do we resolve this issue?
'Max sessions' is a parameter in the Login Policy that controls the maximum number of simultaneous sessions allowed by the user. If user has reached the number of simultaneous sessions, 'Maximum number of sessions exceeded' warning in displayed. User can simply check the box 'Delete the oldest user session and login' and sign in.
If the value set for 'Max sessions' is low, you may consider adjusting the value to allow more sessions. Users sometimes keep active sessions by closing the tab instead of logging out of the system, causing the warning to appear on next login.
