What activities are displayed in Print Route report?


All versions of Oracle Field Service (OFS)


I cannot find information about what activities are shown when I click the option Print Route or when viewing Print Route report.


Print Route report display routes for the selected Field Resource. The report shows both Internal and Customer (including Pre-Work) activities that have the following statuses:

  • Pending
  • Started
  • Completed
  • Suspended
  • Cancelled
  • Not Done
  • Enroute
