Can an agent adjust the font size they use when chatting with a customer?

Environment:

Agent Chat Workspace

Resolution:

Agents can increase or decrease the font size of the text they are entering in the chat workspace by using the Ctrl +/- keyboard keys. It is also possible to adjust the font size using the plus/minus zoom options to the right of the Compose text area in the chat workspace.

Once the font size is adjusted, it remains at that size for each chat the agent is engaged in.
