After updating our site to 18A, why is the answer tab blank?
Oracle B2C Service (OSvC), 18A or above
We just updated to 18A (or newer) and are not able to edit or create new answers. The answer tab is blank.
Versions 18A or above of B2C Service use the CefSharp browser control for WinForms and WPF apps in answer creation and editing.
Issues have been seen where the answer workspace or answer tab is blank and or not functioning after updating a site to 18A or above.
This issue has been shown to happen when the core CefSharp components are blocked by an Ant-Virus application, or by an application such as Microsoft's AppLocker, or by a GPO (Group Policy Object).
Please work with your IT staff to ensure the "CEFsharp.dll" and the "CEFSHARP.BROWSERSUBPROCESS.EXE" are not blocked on the workstation(s).
