Changing an Internal Queue to an External Queue

Is there a delay when switching a chat queue from Internal to External?

Environment:

Resolution:

When creating a new chat queue, a decision is required when setting the queue to be external (box checked) or internal (box unchecked). This queue will be created to its specifications at the time it is saved.

However, should a decision be made at a later time to switch the functionality of an existing queue from internal to external (or vice versa), edit the queue and select (or de-select) the "External" check box. After the change is saved, wait at least 30 minutes for the change to take effect.
