Why did bullet points not change font style in the answer editor when I selected all and changed it?

Environment:

Resolution:

The easiest option is to simply edit the source code to include the desired CSS. If this is not possible (source mode disabled), customers can style the list by wrapping it in a div tag and then styling the div. Follow these steps to do this:

1. With the answer open for edit, select the entire list
2. Click the "DIV" button in the toolbar.
3. Now select the "Advanced" tab from the dialogue box
4. Enter the style in the "Style" field (e.g. font-size:18px).
