Oracle Cloud Portal / My Service / Configuration Assistance
You will receive an email when the order of Oracle B2C Service or Cloudification is complete.
Follow these steps to receive support from Oracle B2C Service Technical Support.
- Go to https://cx.rightnow.com
- Select the 'Login' link.
- Fill out the 'Email Address' field with the e-mail address that received the message, and click the 'Email My User name' button. You will receive an e-mail with instructions to follow.
- Return to the 'Login' link at https://cx.rightnow.com, enter your user name and click the 'Reset My Password' link
- You will receive an e-mail. Follow the link in this e-mail.
- Sign in and complete your support profile in Account > Account Settings section.
