自動アップデートプログラム(AUP)が適用されており、組織の管理者がすでにサポートサイトのログインを作成済みのお客様は、アカウント情報ページのAUP通知設定を変更してアップデート通知を受信可能な状態にすることができます。
サポートサイトのログインが作成されていない場合は、「アンサー7239:連絡先管理」ページを使用した指定連絡先の追加または更新」を参照してください。
(2)進行中のバージョンアップデートに関する通知の受信
