Browser UI Analytics
The following runtime features are supported for reports that are configured with these features in the Service Console report designer:
Within the Browser UI, the majority of Analytics functionality is supported at runtime. This means that the supported versions noted below for individual functionality will render correctly when a user runs reports containing these functionalities. However, reports must be configured in the Service Console using the native report designer as there is not yet a report designer in Browser UI. There are a few runtime options available such as hiding/showing columns, reordering columns and individual/multi-column sorting. The following section will assist with understanding what is and what is not supported from the specified release onward.
