How can I edit 'Terminate' and 'Wrap-up labels from the chat workspace?

Environment:

Chat, Agent Console

Resolution:

You can modify the labels for both 'Terminate' and 'Wrap-up' buttons that appear on the chat workspace by editing the below message bases:

- for Terminate, message base is RCT_TERMINATE_CMD

- for Wrap Up, message base is RCT_WRAP_UP_CMD

Path to this setting: Select Configuration from the navigation area > Site Configuration > Message Bases > and search by Key.
