Timeouts when using Collaborate feature

When I go to my first incident for the day in the console and click on Collaborate then Share, why am I getting a time out?

Environment:

Oracle Social Network (OSN)

Resolution:

Timeouts with Oracle Social Network (OSN) when configured appropriately will likely be related to the IE browser settings applied to machines where the issue can be reproduced. First ensure that the workstation in use when this problem is reproduced follows the "Web browsers" sub-section of the "Workstation Requirements" section for the version your site is currently running.  Further, you will want to ensure that the guidance within the "Workstation Browser Settings" sub-section of the "Workstation Configuration" section is followed as well.
