Why do I not find a specific account to select as a manager?
Administrator needs to set staff account A as manager for staff account C, but when account C is edited (i.e. Department > Manager > Search), account A does not appear in the list provided.
All accounts will be listed. If the account name you are looking for is not visible, here are some items to check:
1. Make sure account A has an existing staff account
2. Identify whether account A reports to any other managers. If so, they will be listed in a lower hierarchy (i.e. they will appear under their current manager)
This is the intended functionality. If account A reports to account B, account A will then be displayed in a lower hierarchy level.
