Am I able to check my own utilities to see if there are any errors?
Environment:
Utilities
Resolution:
For you to check the current or recent status of a utility, depending on your privileges - you can look at the last run utility messages after logging into the Oracle B2C Service site.
Login into the Oracle B2C Service site (https://cx.rightnow.com).
In the upper banner area click "Tools" to see the menu options.
In the section for Additional Tools click Utility Stats
Find the Site Name in the list of sites under Organization, click + to expand the site's interface(s)
Most utilities are configured within the primary interface, but a few utilities are interface-specific: techmail, reportgen
Under the site-name -> interface name, select the utility you wish to check.
Check Run Date, Message and Exit Code:
If Run Date shows recent timestamps and Message indicates "OK: no error" then the utility is enabled and gracefully existing without error upon completion.
If the Message indicates "Interface is in brokensites" or "Interface is in no-utils", the utility is disabled, see Answer ID 2697: Suspended utility runs
If there is an Exit Code other than 0 and no Message, then there is an issue and the utility may auto-disable according to utility server rules set into place by Oracle B2C Service - Cloud Operations team.
If you don't see recent Run Date timestamps for a utility that normally runs regularly throughout the day, then the utility may not be running on schedule or may be stalled in a previous run execution. Please submit a service request (Ask Technical Support) for suspected utility issue.
Utility Stats can be especially useful when troubleshooting email or report issues:
techmail utility messages can indicate various mailbox connection or email retrieval issues such as PASS (MailBox Open state) or RETR (Get message state). For more information on techmail utility messages, refer to Answer ID 1067: Techmail messages in the Utility Stats page.
reportgen-si utility run date can clarify if the scheduled report utility is running or erroring, per Step 8 in Answer ID 485: People not receiving scheduled reports
