Resolution:
The new configuration SESSION_CP_ADMIN_LIMIT is initially set to 1;
Per the description;
SESSION_CP_ADMIN_LIMITSpecifies the number of concurrent CP admin sessions that each CP admin can use. If a CP admin exceeds the configured number of logins, that CP admin’s oldest session will be invalidated. Default is 1.
