Cannot view B2C Service application in OCI Cloud Console
Answer ID 12996   |   Last Review Date 05/21/2025

When I log into the OCI Cloud Console, I see an error 'Could not load your applications...' and I cannot see my B2C Service application.

Environment:

OCI Cloud Console

Resolution:

Follow these steps to resolve the 'Could not load your applications.  You may not have access to view your applications.  Classic Applications can be viewed in the Cloud Classic Console.' if it displays when you log into the OCI Cloud Console:

1. Navigate to cloud.oracle.com (oc2.cloud.oracle.com for those customers on the AG pod) and enter your cloud account in the Cloud Account Name field.
2. Click Next and log into the OCI Cloud Console with your login credentials.
3. Once logged in, click the 3 line menu in the upper left corner of the page and scroll down to select Identity & Security > Domains > select Default Domain.
4. On the left side, in the drop down 'Compartment' box, select the one that says, "...(root)"
5. Next go to Groups > Administrators and add yourself by clicking on the + sign.
6. Save your changes and then log out and log back into the OCI Cloud Console.

Once you log back into the OCI Cloud Console, you will see your Oracle B2C Service application under My applications as well as the URL for Configuration Assistant noted under Application URL.
