Una vez se hayan creado las páginas del Portal del cliente de la manera deseada, debe desplegarlas para que sus clientes puedan visualizarlas.
Advertencia: Una vez que esten desplegadas las páginas del Portal del cliente no puede deshacerse fácilmente. Para restablecer un conjunto anterior de páginas, deberá modificarlas para restaurarlas en las páginas de desarrollo y luego volver a desplegar.
Como parte del proceso de despliegue general, usted pasará por un proceso de preparación previo a la implementación. Este proceso de preparación le permite elegir qué archivos desea desplegar y así no terminar desplegando algo en lo que alguien mas pudo estar trabajando y no había probado previamente. Adicionalmente, después de seguir los tres pasos de la fase de preparación, haga clic en el botón Preparación (Stage). Después de esto, recibirá un mensaje indicandole que el despliegue fue exitoso. Sin embargo, este mensaje puede ser engañoso porque los archivos aún no se han enviado a producción. Para enviar los archivos a producción, debe seleccionar "Promover" en la barra Ribbon.
