How do I resolve the 'widget warning' error on the chat_landing page relating to video chat?

Environment:

B2C Service Chat

Issue:

We are receiving this error on the chat_landing page:  

"Widget Warning: standard/chat/ChatVideoChat - To use this widget, MOD_VIDEO_CHAT_ENABLED and MOD_CHAT_ENABLED config must be enabled"

Resolution:

The message is a warning to alert you that a widget on the chat_landing page will not work unless the two configuration settings mentioned are enabled. These settings enable Video Chat and Chat respectively. 

There are two ways to get rid of the message:
  • Enable both Chat and Video Chat features through Configuration Assistant OR
  • Remove the “standard/chat/ChatVideoChat” widget from the chat_landing page, which is near the top of the 'chat_landing' page.

You will need to contact your Sales Account Manager for the purchase of the Video Chat feature and for any questions regarding the ordering process.
