How to Access Configuration Assistant
Answer ID 10373   |   Last Review Date 06/04/2025

How do I access Configuration Assistant?

Environment:

Oracle Cloud Console / Configuration Assistant

Resolution:

To access the Configuration Assistant self-service tool for the first time, you will need the following information from your Welcome Email:

  • Data center
  • Identity Domain
  • User name/login
  • Temporary Password

Note My Services was deprecated as of March 31st, 2025.  The Configuration Assistant access point changed after we migrated your Oracle Cloud Account (Identity Domain) to Oracle Identity Cloud Service (IDCS) and Cloud Console.

For more details about Oracle Cloud Console, please watch this informative video Ambassador Dev Connect webinar

Once you have been migrated to IDCS, please see Answer 12490: Logging into Configuration Assistant after IDCS migration for instructions on how to access the Configuration Assistant via the Oracle Cloud Console.
