Accessing the Cobrowse Admin Console and resetting the password

How can we access or reset the password for my.livelook.com Admin Console? 

Environment:

Co-browse Admin Console for Standalone Co-browse

Resolution:

The Co-browse Admin Console is a stand-alone user interface used to manage the Oracle Co-browse product, to customize the user interface and configure its deployment, add and edit users, and access Co-browse reports. In order to reset the current password for a user defined within my.livelook.com, you will need to access the below URL, click on 'Forgot my password' option and enter the email address associated with the user:

https://www.livelook.com/welcome/join.aspx

Then once the password has been reset you can login to the admin console by going to https://my.livelook.com.
