We have configured our Self Service for Facebook app and the page tab appears on our Facebook page. How do I get it to appear on the mobile pages?

Resolution:

Page tabs can be added to your Facebook Page and only appear in non-mobile versions of the Page. Custom page tabs on mobile pages are not a feature that Facebook has plans to implement at this time.

However, if you wish to direct a mobile user directly to your Self Service for Facebook pages, you can direct them to <sitename.custhelp.com>/cx/facebook/home.
