Why is the order of attachments in my answer in customer portal, different than the B2C Service console?
Customer Portal (all versions)
Oracle B2C Service (OSvC)
The default order on the end user page is ascending by the date added (most recent on the bottom). This is currently not a configurable option.
The order you specify in the B2C Service console does not carry over to the end user page.
