Order of attachments in my answer are not as expected

Why is the order of attachments in my answer in customer portal, different than the Oracle B2C Service console?

Environment:

Customer Portal (all versions)
Oracle B2C Service

Resolution:

The default order on the end user page is ascending by the date added (most recent on the bottom). This is currently not a configurable option.

Cause:

The order you specify in the Oracle B2C Service console does not carry over to the end user page.
