Resolution:
When an incident is forwarded, in the incident audit log, the only information that will be shown in regards to this email delivery will be the email address to which the email was sent.
If the email will not be delivered successfully, the agent will receive on his email address (the one set on his account) the bounced message (non delivery report) in regards to the email forwarded.
