Why is the week count number in my report appear to be "off" by one week?

Analytics
Oracle B2C Service, All versions
Resolution:
The product counts weeks starting with Sunday, ending with Saturday. This means that week #1 in the product will be the week with the first Sunday in January (not always January 1st).
Other sources may count the week with January 1st as week #1. This is why the week count in the report may not match the expected week count.
