How can I reset the administrator password on an Intelligent Advisor site?

Environment:

Intelligent Advisor

Resolution: 

There is a system-defined administrator account in the Intelligent Advisor product. The system-defined administrator account is a special account that has a login name of "admin" and a specific password. Please note that this account must NOT be deleted.

In order to reset the "admin" password, go to Configuration Assistant main page > find the Intelligent Advisor site you want to reset the password for > Site Operations icon > Reset Admin Password.
