Is there a way to export all the incidents from a customer's incident history into an excel spreadsheet?

Environment:

Contacts, Incident report, Workspace Items

Resolution:

It is possible to export data from the incident report that is in a contact workspace:

1)  Open the contact record

2)  Click on the Incidents tab

2)  Click on Options button

3)  Choose Export

4)  Choose format for exported file
