Can I use contact merge fields in Chat surveys?

Issue

Contact merge fields are blank when added to chat surveys.

Resolution
If the survey is launched by users who had not previously authenticated on Customer Portal pages, this behavior is working as expected. Matching a contact based solely on the data provided in the chat form is not something that is desired from a security standpoint. 

If the chat is launched from pages where customers are authenticated through Oracle B2C Service, the Full Name and the Email Address contact merge fields should be populated using the logged-in contact’s information.
