What is the largest file I can attach via the Incident Thread editor?

If your agents choose to attach files in the BUI console via the thread instead of using the File Attachments control, they will see an error ("An unknown application error has occurred") during the Save/Send action if the file size is larger than 14.3 Mb. Oracle recommends that any large files are attached via the Incident Attachments control of the workspace. Once the file is attached via the control, the attachment can still be sent via email by adding a response thread, pressing the Attachment Button, and selecting the checkbox next to the file's name.
