Why am I unable to use any Knowledge Advanced features on a test site using an End Of Life (EOL) version?

Environment:

Oracle B2C Service Knowledge Advanced (KA)
Authoring
KA REST API

Issue:

KA related functionalities are suddenly not working on a test site that is currently on an EOL version.

Resolution:

Test sites that have not been refreshed for a while and fall into an EOL version lose access to the KA instance they are attached to. This is expected behavior as mentioned in both the Oracle Cloud Hosting and Delivery Policies and the Oracle SaaS Public Cloud Services-Pillar Document.
