Deploying to Customer Portal Framework 3.11 is Erroring on Required file
Environment:
Customer Portal
Issue:
Customer Portal Framework Migration from 3.10 or below to 3.11 required the error flies splash.html and error500.html to be present. These may not be present depending on the version of the framework the portal is migrating from.
Resolution:
The attached files need to be placed into the folder here;
/cp/customer/development/errors/
To fix this issue, upload the attached files to the folder;
/dav/cp/customer/error
This can be found via WebDAV in cyberduck;
