How do I change the order of the Pre-Launch fields in Web Chat for Service?

Resolution
For the requirement, where a you want to re-order/add/remove the fields, or adjust dynamically, you can always opt to use the "Reset Pre Launch Form Fields" rule action.  This is available under "Add Action -> Web Chat -> Reset Pre Launch Form Fields". This is very simple to use by defining the fields in the order you want as a JSON array.
