How do I edit the hyperlinks in the incident thread?
Environment:
Oracle B2C Service Browser UI
Resolution:
In the new editor, when we paste a URL and press space, the URL gets linkified. Once it is linkified, clicking on the link will allow you to edit the actual link. If you want to edit the label of the link, you could press arrow keys to navigate through the link and type to change the label.
Basically, you can type the label in the thread/response, then use the "link" editor option to attach the link. Once that's done, you can use the left arrow key to highlight the hyperlink label and edit it. This also works when pasting the URL directly.
