Environment:
Oracle B2C Service Agent Browser UI
Resolution:
Agents can now easily prepend the reference number on the forward dialog.
On the Forward Dialog, to the right of the Subject is a new icon. When enabled, the reference number will automatically prepend on the Subject.

By default, the prepend function is disabled. Once the agent enables it, it will always be enabled for all other forwarding messages. Even after logging out and back in.
To disable, the agent can click on the Prepend icon again. It will remain disabled until the agent clicks on it again.
