Why are Knowledge Advanced analytics report filters using okcs.answers.expires not working after upgrade to 24D?
Environment:
Knowledge Advanced (KA), Analytics Reports
Issue:
After our site upgraded to the 24D version we are experiencing issues with Knowledge Advanced (KA) reports we commonly use. They are not bringing back the expected data and we believe we have pinpointed the issue to expression okcs.answers.expires.
Resolution:
As of the 24D version, any custom reports using the 'expires' filter will need to modify the filter from (example):
