BUI limit on how many records a report will allow you to "Open Separately"

When I run a report and select a large number of records, why is the "Open Separately" option is greyed out?
Environment:
Oracle B2C Servcie, BUI, Reports/Analytics
Resolution:
The BUI console has a hard limit on how many records you can select then open separately from a report. If more than 10 records are selected, the option will be greyed out.
NOTE: Agents can multi-edit more than 10 records at a time. Agents are allowed have more than 10 records/tabs open at a time within the BUI console.
