How can I get the compliance reports for Oracle B2C Service?
Environment:
All versions of Oracle B2C Service.IDCS/OCI environment customers
Issue:
My company needs compliance (security) reports for Oracle B2C Service.
Resolution:
Oracle B2C Service compliance reports are available for download in the Oracle Cloud portal.
1- Click on Sign In on cloud.oracle.com (Navigate to oc2.cloud.oracle.com if your site is hosted on the AG pod)
2- Enter the 'Cloud Account Name’, click Next, and proceed to login.
3- Scroll down on the page and click on the 'Go to service' button under My Applications > Oracle B2C Service
4- Click on the 'Compliance documents' button under Service details. The Compliance Documents page loads and you can download documents by clicking the 3 dot menu item to the right of each row.
If you are unable to download the documents, you will need to contact your Sales Account Manager and they will work with our Security team or the appropriate team to gather the requested information.
